This is the six-point programme which outlines our beliefs.

We live in a time in which Scotland faces great conflict. In our era, Scotland must decide between her nationhood or her continued subjugation under Britain. Traidiseantas na h-Alba propose this programme as what we should do as leaders of Scotland.

1. National Independence

Upon seizure of power in Scotland, we would declare an independent Scottish nation free of Westministers rule, and unlike the SNP we will refuse waiting on approval by Westminister for Scotlands own decisions.

2. Gaining Power

We are not a violent group and do not advocate armed revolution. Rather, we hope to accumulate power through campaigning and helping build local communities through putting in actual effort such as volunteer work. We do not advocate parliamentary elections being partaken in and we will not collaborate with the British state, and if elections are contested they will be contested through a purely abstentionist platform.

3. Environmentalism

The environment is a frontal point of our groups message. There is no Scotland without its forested hills, its streams and rivers, but Scotland is currently dying a slow and painful death due to climate change. Under the liberal capitalist system we are routinely told we must build more and more and produce more without any care for the environment we live in, but that individuals also can’t just allow for that to happen so we must drink paper straws. The truth of the environment is that pollution is caused by the businesses and corporations of the planet, not by individuals who had a plastic straw in their drink. We will no longer allow the American businessmen to destroy Scotland natural beauty that it is famed for in the name of profit.

4. Rejection of Modernism

We advocate for a counterrevolution. Currently, we see a culture war between the leftists and rightists about various issues, but neither of them truly have it right. The right wing will reject leftist identity politics and then return to their merry lives filled with such activities as supporting populists like Trump and Farage and upholding the liberal system causing said culture war and the politicians enforcing the populous being divided over it, and the left wing will reject rightist “bigotry” and continue supporting their pseudoscience and advocating for degeneracy and communist revolution. Modernism is culturally destructive, and it is caused by capitalism and liberalism, the two things that have led to societal degeneration for centuries now. We reject all degeneracy of this nature and advocate a return to the traditional values and ways of old.

5. Corporatism

Our fifth point is corporatism. We advocate for the corporatist economy, a sort of relatively unseen economic model that presents itself as a way for economics apart from the degenerate capitalist and socialist models. Corporatism is not rule by the capitalist corporations of America, it is the rule by the worker’s corpus (body), which is like a trade union that is merged with the state to form a workers government. Under corporatism, the large capitalist businesses are done away with but the smaller family owned businesses are kept around to form an economy of tripartist between state, worker, and employer.

We support the application of several distributist policies, such as private property rights for every individual. We support the abolition of landlords under the pretence of every man owning his home and having the right to that.

6. Government, Church, and Society

We say that family is the cornerstone of society, and Scotland and the larger Gaelstát is one large family of common peoples of their similar tongues, and as a result we support a return and widespread teaching of Gaelic not as a second language, but as a first. We wish to resurrect our societies culture.

We hold the Catholic church as the central point of our conceived society, though Presbyterian, Episcopal, etcetera churches would still be allowed to exist. The church would once again be the point in which communities find their identity and pride, and the people of our society would once again form local communities built on traditional family values which have disappeared in recent years, as now people typically don’t interact as a community and the old sense of trust in a community of local people is all but entirely gone.

Every family has its head, the man of the house, and this is true for even a family as large as the nation. There must be a strong government capable of fulfilling its duty, something which cannot be achieved through democracy. Democracy is simply a series of delays in the way of getting things done and it does not account for any factors such as the very intelligence of its voters. Thus, we instead propose a state following the system of aristocracy, where the few most skilled intellectuals, workers, farmers, etcetera come together to form a government which can account for every part of society. All members of the government would be required to be in line with teachings of the church, and any not in line would be expelled from their position.
